PepsiCo's Mountain Region Beverage Chooses New Location in Spokane Valley

June 6, 2012 - Three of PepsiCo’s Mountain Region beverage sites have announced the selection of a new location for the consolidation of its North Idaho and Eastern Washington distribution centers and regional operations. PepsiCo is a global food and beverage leader that makes hundreds of enjoyable products, including Pepsi-Cola, Mountain Dew and Gatorade.

GSI, AWB to Co-Host Gubernatorial Debate
May 25, 2012 - Greater Spokane Incorporated (GSI) and the Association of Washington Business (AWB) will co-host debates between candidates for governor and attorney general of the State of Washington on June 12 at the Bing Crosby Theater as part of AWB's Spring Meeting.
City and County Show Support for JLUS
May 17, 2012 - Both Spokane County and the City of Spokane showed support for the Joint Land Use Study (JLUS) today, as Spokane Mayor David Condon, and Spokane City Council President Ben Stuckart signed the City's JLUS ordinances at Greater Spokane Incorporated (GSI). Spokane County Commissioner Mark Richard was also present, having already signed the County's JLUS ordinance.

"Explore Your Future" Links Students to Future Career and Educational Opportunities
May 10, 2012 - Greater Spokane Incorporated (GSI), in partnership with the Association of General Contractors, Community Colleges of Spokane, and Spokane Public Schools, will host "Explore Your Future," a two-day career expo for regional middle and high school students May 15 and 16 at the Spokane County Fairgrounds. The event runs from 8:30 a.m. - 2:15 p.m. each day.
