City of Spokane Mayor David Condon will give the annual State of the City Address at Greater Spokane Incorporated's (GSI) Good Morning Greater Spokane program on Feb. 8 at The Spokane Convention Center from 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Mayor Condon's address will begin at approximately 8:00 a.m.

CityCable 5 will air the address live.
