GSI To Co-Host Gubernatorial Debate Print E-mail
Greater Spokane Incorporated (GSI) and Association of Washington Business (AWB), the state's Chamber of Commerce, will co-host a Washington gubernatorial debate between former Congressman Jay Inslee (D) and Attorney General Rob McKenna (R) on June 12 at the Bing Crosby Theater at 3:30 p.m.

Austin Jenkins, a Northwest News Network Correspondent, will moderate the debate, as well as the day's other debate between attorney general candidates Reagan Dunn (R) and Bob Ferguson (D). The debates are part of AWB's Spring Meeting, held this year in Spokane June 12 and 13.

"We are very interested in knowing what candidates for Governor and Attorney General will do to move the state and the Spokane region forward," said Rich Hadley, President and CEO of GSI. "Offering the business community the chance to hear from the two people looking to become the state's next chief executive is a great opportunity to become informed and engaged. We're proud to co-host with AWB during this important election year."

This event is officially sold out. Contact each individual campaign to inquire about extra tickets. The event will also be aired live on TVW.
