(Spokane, Wash.) – Join Mayor Mary Verner and Greater Spokane Incorporated on Friday, February 12 for the State of the City Address and Good Morning Greater Spokane Breakfast.  The event will be held at the Spokane Convention Center.   Mayor Verner will present successes from 2009 and plans for projects and strategies that will serve the City in 2010.
