Grant for North Spokane Corridor to be Announced Soon

We could soon see millions of new dollars in the Spokane region that lead to jobs, shorter commutes and ultimately, a better link for goods and services between our region and Canada.

Greater Spokane Incorporated has been working with the Associated General Contractors, Spokane Good Roads Association, and state and federal officials to secure $35 million in federal funding for the next phase of the North Spokane Corridor.  Spokane expects to learn  next month whether or not we'll get the federal stimulus funds.  We'll keep you posted via e-news, Twitter and Facebook.  Learn more about the project here: www.keepspokanemoving.org
