We often hear from you, our members, and others in this community about our strength in public policy. For us, that means consistently and successfully advocating for laws to make doing business in the Spokane region as simple and cost-effective as possible. Greater Spokane Incorporated is the only Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Council with paid staff in Olympia and Washington D.C.
We track legislation and speak to elected officials on your behalf. It's a resource open to all members, no matter what your industry or size. I recently had the pleasure of traveling with our group to Olympia to advocate for business interests, and I'll do it again in D.C. in April. We want your feedback: how can we help improve our business climate? What do you most need government to do (or not do)? We're listening. Contact me:
