Workers' Compensation Rates Will Not Increase in 2012 Print E-mail

Governor Gregoire and the Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) announced there will be no increases in workers' compensation rates in 2012 due to, "recent positive trends in claims duration and public testimony about economic impacts," according to the Spokane Journal of Business.

L&I had proposed a 2.5 percent increase in September.
