Lawmakers head to work to fill budget gap.
State lawmakers are in Olympia today for the start of the special legislative session and hope to solve the state's budget problems by Christmas. The proposal must be approved by the legislature. If it is approved, it will go to a vote on the March ballot. For an in-depth look at the upcoming session, read this article from The Olympian. |
