Local candidates from several different positions will participate in the 2011 Youth Issues Candidates' Forum.

The Chase Youth Commission will host the event in the lower level of Spokane City Hall on Thursday, Oct. 6 from 6-8 p.m.  The address for the event is 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.

This event is a chance for youth to speak with future elected officials and train them on becoming active communities members. It will be the youth who will lead the forum by asking the questions.
