Another state initiative makes the Nov. 8 ballot.

Home health care requirements will be joining the initiatives of privatized liquor and road tolls on the upcoming ballot.

Initiative 1163, also known as home health care requirements, received around 340,000 signatures putting it on the ballot. The initiative will require all home health care representatives and workers to have training and background checks.
