Spokane Transit Authority’s mass transit system covers 371 square miles, 39 different bus routes, and has 12 park and ride lots throughout the region.  STA also provides shuttle service for major events like Bloomsday, Hoopfest, Artfest, Valleyfest, and First Night.  STA serves Airway Heights, Cheney, Medical Lake, Millwood, Liberty Lake, Spokane, Spokane Valley, unincorporated areas of Spokane County.  
 
Augmenting Spokane Transit Authority’s Public transportation system are several bus companies, including Greyhound and Trailways.  The Intermodal Transportation Center serves as the bus and train terminal in Spokane, and you can hop on public transit there too.  Also, rental car agency taxi and limousine services are available.
