Government Contracting


The Eastern Washington Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is part of the Washington State PTAC. We assist businesses across a twelve county area in securing federal, state and local government contracts.



Eastern Washington PTAC provides support to regional businesses in marketing and selling to federal, state and local government agencies and prime contractors. We also assist agencies, departments and primes in their efforts to comply with federal and state procurement diversity goals.

Our service area covers 12 counties: Adams, Asotin, Douglas, Ferry, Garfield, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Stevens, Spokane, and Whitman.


Greater Spokane Inc which serves as a Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), is funded in part through a cooperative agreement from the Department of Defense (DOD) through a program that is administered by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The content of any written materials or verbal communications of the PTAC does not necessarily reflect the official views of or imply endorsement by DOD or DLA.

Working with PTAC was a great experience. Leslie Miller is very knowledgeable about government contracting and was able to walk me through the process with patience and understanding. After the initial group conference, I was easily able to setup one-on-one time to finish getting my questions answered.
