Average SAT scores from high schools in the Spokane area.

The SAT Reasoning Test (SAT) has long been a major method of assessing college readiness. Formerly known at the Scholastic Aptitude Test or the Scholastic Assessment Tests, the main examination consists of three parts: mathematics, critical reading (formerly verbal) and written. The SAT is administered by the U.S. College Board and is produced and scored by the Educational Testing Service. It is one of two major standardized assessments of college academic readiness.
