Prez On the Road with Tyler Lafferty of Seven2

Steve Stevens Spokane

GSI’s president & CEO Steve Stevens sat down to talk with GSI member and entrepreneur Tyler Lafferty about Seven2.  Seven2 is a digital agency whose clients include companies from all over the nation including Disney, at&t, Nickelodeon, Netflix, MTV, and Bravo.

Tyler says that when Seven2 clients come to Spokane, they love it.  He says he saw a need and wanted to create a company that would enhance the culture in Spokane. “As an employer, it’s important to have a good, strong, vibrant community,” he says.

Tyler and Seven2 are also passionate about education and the role businesses should play in the community to enhance learning and to develop a skilled workforce and future for all kids. He’s highly involved in GSI’s education and workforce programs by helping to connect students to the world business, and helping them find a spark that is meaningful to them and for their future.  He created A2E, or Access to Experience, an online platform meant to connect business professionals to students in the classroom.

A positive culture is also woven within the company, supporting their employees by providing exercise and wellness options, as well as programs to give back. “I want my employees to love this company and this community,” he says. Tyler is also co-owner of Method Organic Juice Cafe, the Union, and creator of Passenger Pets.
